[Freeswitch-users] FreeSWITCH Voicemail - silence detection

Hello,

I have the voicemail issue. When someone  soft spoken leaves a message they
get interrupted by the silence detection.

“to play this message press 1, to send this message press 2, to delete this
message and try again …”

I found two options in voicemail.conf. None of them make any difference.

<param name="record-silence-threshold" value="200"/>
<param name="record-silence-hits" value="2"/>

Is there anyway to increase the threshold or time out.
