[Freeswitch-users] Not sure of the correct terminology

Hi

I am not sure what I should call this topic but I am trying to find out 
about using Freeswitch in an environment where the caller is prompted 
with a list of options like "if you know the callers extension, enter it 
now" etc.

Is this possible? What is the correct term for it and where would I find 
more info on it?
