[Freeswitch-users] setting up forward incoming calls to external gateway

Okay, let me make a suggestion: only include the actual call. You have all
of the startup and shutdown stuff in there and it's confusing. Capture only
the part where you make the call and include it from start to finish,
including the siptrace.
