[Freeswitch-users] SIP Trace

That's because it the combination of the three:

fsctl loglevel 3

- Sets the logging level to 3

sofia profile_name siptrace on

- Start tracing SIP packets (console level by default, which won't go to the
logfile)

sofia tracelevel 3

- Start logging SIP traces with loglevel 3. Because you just set the log
level to 3 it'll show up.



>From the sofia config you'll need to set a tracelevel other than the console
default as well as enabling sip-trace:


<global_settings>
  ...
  <param name="tracelevel" value="DEBUG"/>
  ...
</global_settings>
<profiles>
  ...
  <profile name="...">
    ...
    <param name="sip-trace" value="yes"/>
    ...
  </profile>
  ...
</profiles>
