[Freeswitch-users] phone callers muted when joining to conference

Hi,
   When join to the conference  through perl program
   $session->execute("conference",conf-name at conf-profile);
somehow phones were getting muted
is there any parameters to pass while joining conference that will prevent
phone callers be muted automatically
