[Freeswitch-users] list conference name?

Just do a "conference list" and you will get all conferences, with their members. You will also see the name in there.

Hi,
I have a web +voice conferencing  and trying below

$list=$api->executeString("conference <conf_name> list");

What determines the conference name?
is it voicebridge number or meeting id or  attendee PIN or moderator PIN

I am unable to determine conference name and list it accordingly (performed many trials)

is there any way to get the conference name by a command like above?
what is the best way to get the conference name and list it and execute accordingly
