[Freeswitch-users] Multiconference with g729 users only without transcoding

Sorry, but that's impossible.

For a conference you have multiple streams coming into the switch from each
caller. They have to be mixed to combine them into a single stream to send
to each member of the conference. Mixing multiple streams can only be done
on the raw audio data (L16) - it requires transcoding.
