I'm thinking this might be a problem:
2011-06-22 13:28:31.568678 [ERR] mod_sofia.c:4045 Invalid Gateway

Do a "sofia status" and see what shows up for that gateway. Make sure that
gateway is up and reachable. If you have the "options" param enabled in your
gw config then that gw must respond or mod_sofia will assume the gw is
down.
