[Freeswitch-users] bind_meta_app no longer works on a-leg of outbound call

Oddly, this same command does work on the b-leg of outbound calls, like
this:

      <action application="bind_meta_app" data="1 b s execute_extension::dx1
XML callsdirect"/>
      <action application="bind_meta_app" data="2 b s execute_extension::dx2
XML callsdirect"/>
