I couldn't get mod_opal to compile (probably because I was on debian lenny
at the time). mod_h323 worked better, but did have stability issues. We've
actually moved to being 100% SIP now though and it's some time since I tried
using either.
We used to use Yate as a H323->SIP proxy, the configuration details are
here:
