Oh woops. I saw:
<action application="start_dtmf_generate" data="true"/>
The "true" and my mind just jumped to variable. So I presume you don't need
the data=true, and that should be removed from the
wiki<http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_start_dtmf_generate>
?
