Hi Nikolay,
Yes.

The Display IE is only transmited from Network to User, so  if you are 
on the CPE side, on an incoming call, the Caller Name from the Display 
IE will be forwarded to the SIP header. And if you are on the Network 
side, on an outgoing call, the Caller Name will be transmitted in the 
Display IE.
