Concerning the use of fs_ivrd:

path is ok
permission is root 755
perl -c gives 
../scripts/perl/ivrd-hello_world.pl syntax OK

in dialplan I have :

check for proper path and execute permissions on the file and perl -c
to make sure it compiles.
