[Freeswitch-users] Iksemel msvs compiling

make sure you put the include path for ;..\..\pthreads-w32-2-7-0-release;
at the end of the list. There seems to be some include file conflicts but
this seems to take care of it.

If you are succesfull with all of this please take the time to update the
wiki with more detail.
