I'd be interested in such a thing.
There's a separate GIT for contributions which you can get access to,
otherwise you could throw it up on a free github account. Then, just make a
link to it on the wiki.
Some, e.g. grnvoip, differentiate grey/premium routes by a brand/tech prefix
rather than just by IP. You want it by different IP though?
Also, for calling card, how does it handle the billing? I'd be interested in
