Use uuid_broadcast:
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_commands#uuid_broadcast

Usage: uuid_broadcast <uuid> app[![hangup_cause]]::args [aleg|bleg|both]

Hangup is after the application runs is optional.
