[Freeswitch-users] risky hangup

it should not be able to run more than once unless you have a problem
with your filesystem.
it refuses to start when its already running unless you don't have or
have permssion problems on the pid file

usually it would say:

Cannot lock pid file /usr/local/freeswitch/run/freeswitch.pid.
