[Freeswitch-users] FS with Microsoft Forefront TMG

I'd say uncomment the rtp-start-port and rtp-end-port directives just
to make sure. Afiak, just publish it like a normal service or
something like that, but remember, that was done under ISA 2006, not
the newer TMG
