I can.t find a textbaseinstallation.
in the wiki:
    On Linux the Skype client can use a lot of CPU if you don't customize
    your setup. To lower its CPU consumption, you use the Xvfb "fake" X
    server and (more importantly) the snd-dummy ALSA "fake" sound driver.

I  can.t use X!!!
