[Freeswitch-users] how can enable nat for special users?

Hi, i have a FS on a public Ip i a datacenter.
My  users having problems to connect my Fs.
the users having dsl /cablemodems and UMTS.
I don.t find a Natparameter for example in asterisk "nat=yes"
to enable for a single user.
can you hlep me plese? thanks
