[Freeswitch-users] iLBC to PCMU transcoding broken on windows?

At this point I know the codec is working in windows(encode and decode) so
you have a different problem now.
You can repost your siptraces, debug log and configuration to pastebin
(provide a link) and someone might see the problem.
