[Freeswitch-users] G723 usage - need something special for transcoding?

Ah, well, that would explain it then.. are there any other common open
licenses other than pcmu/pcma for PSTN interconnects? e.g. they don't offer
speex.. heck, the underlying carrier doesn't have g711.
