[Freeswitch-users] Inband DTMF and bind_meta_app problem again

It will be hard to track down latest working commit since I update FS
constantly :(
I opened ticket http://jira.freeswitch.org/browse/FS-3529 about att_xfer
problems. I managed DTMF trigger to work.
