My original intention was to set a channel variable from the
api_hangup_hook:

<action application="export" data="nolocal:api_hangup_hook=uuid_setvar
${uuid} fooooo baaaaar"/>

But as the expanded ${uuid} does not exist, the uuid_setvar command
complains.
