Haha, so you are not too frustrated, that's good :-)

I've taken a look at
http://downloads.polycom.com/voice/voip/uc/UC_Software_Release_Notes_3_3_1F.pdf
and on page 44 you will find that the BLF-features including the
enhanced attendant-features where introduced with firmware version 3.2
- sorry to say, but you're most probably out of luck.
