[Freeswitch-users] Clarify about gateways please

Hello!

     Reading documentation about gateways and misunderstanding. Please 
clarify: when there is inbound call from a gateway the 
destination_number is set to:
||

<!--/// extension for inbound calls: *optional* same as username, if blank ///-->
<!--<param name="extension" value="cluecon"/>-->

But in this case how may I know what destination_number gateway is calling?
