[Freeswitch-users] What FreeSwitch version i am using after updating git pull?

There's not really a 1.0.7 - it's the nightly snapshot of the latest git
version.

FreeSWITCH Version 1.0.head (git-828960a 2010-09-25 12-51-42 -0500)

That indicates you're on a rather old git version still. You can check the
latest at http://fisheye.freeswitch.org/changelog/freeswitch.git
