Processing Unavailable <Restricted>->2901 in context default

Breaks down as:
- Processing call
- From "Unavailable <Restricted>"
- To "2901 in context default"

That's normal IF the client sends "Unavailable <Restricted>" as their
caller ID, which can only be coming from them.
