[Freeswitch-users] Building FS VS 2008 / For Windows Server

There have been tons of improvements to both the source and build since you
last updated.

1. The default solution is configured with everything needed for a basic
installation. If you want VS to copy files needed for 16khz or other sounds
you can elect to do so (those files can also be copied manually too).

Projects that are not built standard(besides sounds) may require additional
setup, external library support or other significant setup.

2. _build and _config are simply just for solution reference and allow VS to
include them in solution searches for example. _download is used for auto
downloading of listed dependencies.

3. You will need to carefully compare the files from your existing setup and
merge the things you require into the current setup. Running multiple
instances(simultaneously) is possible but requires changing the setup to
listen on different ports. You can of course have multiple builds and test
them individually.

Source control has also changed from SVN to Git since you started.
