what phones is that?

Those aren't real errors they are just part of the sla debug mode so
they stand out.

is your box really configured as mydomain.com?

you need to make sure your domain is set to your real domain used by
the box which also needs to match the host portion of the url the
phone registers to and a proper alias so both domain name and ip can
resolve to your profile.
