Hi again,

I tried to use some other versions of sqlite3 instead of 3.3.13 which
comes with actual FS to solve this problem.

I found that sqlite 3.4.0 does the trick. with it FS starts up cleanly
and creates the databases in /db

Shall I open a jira issue?

regards
Helmut
