[Freeswitch-users] Compile on Windows

Follow the  instructions here for Git on windows -

Visual Studio 2010 support for both Express and Pro+ builds is available in
Git Head for both x86 and x64.

Please feel free to contribute to the documentation or any other way you can
to help new windows users on the project.
