I think it's more important to know which telephony signaling are you
talking about. PRI, MFC-R2?

If you have MFC-R2, FreeSWITCH/FreeTDM/ftmod_r2 uses openr2 which is
known to work in several countries. But I've not heard of anyone using
it in China.
