Do the Sangoma cards provide a hdlc spy on L2 between the driver and the
falc's?

That message is event-based, so you should not get that msg unless your
wanpipe device is bouncing (disconnected/connected) once in a while.

Ping me on IRC and we can arrange a debug session to find out what is going
on.

Moy- why are we getting logs of this at all?  Is he really going into alarm
state or are we just logging a clear on the periodic update even if it
wasn't in alarm state?
