Transfer - http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_transfer
Redirect - http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Misc._Dialplan_Tools_redirect

And of course, make the appropriate contexts/logic in your dialplan.
