[Freeswitch-users] Are Freeswitch epochs strictly unixtime?

After converting an epoch to a Microsoft date time value I realized that the
result was an hour behind. I am in British Summer Time now.

I just want to confirm that all epoch values in Freeswitch are independent
of time zone.
