[Freeswitch-users] How to send "waiting call" tone to remote side

I think I did not make myself clear.
Suppose A on the public PSTN calls B who is on my Freeswitch, and suppose B
is already on a call. I want A to hear a stuttered "other side is ringing"
call so he knows that B is on another call.
What I would like to know is whether there is some standard way to signal
the PBX of A to send him this stuttered tone.
