codec_string is a list of codecs you would like to advertise, in addition if
the outgoing call is being originated from an inbound call the codec of that
inbound call will be prepeneded to the list to avoid transcoding.

 

absolute_codec_string is an exact list of codecs you want to offer and it
will not add any extra ones automatically.
