Looks like the main part of the error was my fault. I hadn't realized
my distribution (Voyage) was missing the user space tools for dahdi
(only had the kernel modules).

Now fixed.

I still do get some errors when reloading mod_openzap, even with the
latest subversion update of freeswitch:
