It's probably due to NAT between the two end-points, or some other network
issue. Have you used Wireshark or a similar packet analysis tool to determine
whether RTP packets are being sent out by both end-points to the correct
addresses?

If they are, then you'll need to find out why the packets in one direction
fail to reach the destination.
