The way I understand it, it gets triggered by the a leg hanging up, same
as xml_cdr. I would imagine the channel changes, and if you were
comparing the xml_cdr of the same call, you would see the original call
as well. You might also have some luck with looking at the b leg cdr,
if you have that turned on.
That's the extent of my guesswork.
