all you need is..

<action application="bridge"
data="{sip_cid_type=rpid}sofia/**YOURPROFILE**/$1@**CISCOIP**" />

not all IOS's are going to need the caller ID to be forced to rpid,
but in my experience I needed it.  ( it should not hurt anyways )
