Yeah, you can see in the trace above, the outgoing calls have headers like...

Call-Info: <sip:192.168.1.101>;appearance-index=1;appearance-state=active
Call-Info: <sip:192.168.1.101>;appearance-index=*;appearance-state=idle

The incoming call only has...

Call-Info: <sip:192.168.1.101>;appearance-index=*;appearance-state=idle

This is what we're talking about right?
