[Freeswitch-users] New provider based on asterisk instructions (xnet/worldxchange in New Zealand)

Um... never mind... as usual, you spend a few hours working on something,
ask for help and the very next thing you try gets it working :-)
(Well partly working, but no point anyone else spending time on this for
now.)
