Zuhair, you really have to make more attention!

What you posted tell clearly: "open of skypopen.conf failed"

You can read it yourself.

This means:
1) you are not paying attention
2) you do not do your homework
3) you want others to do your homework

You have not copied the config file where it belongs, as it is clearly
written in the wiki page (and as is obvious), and as you would have
found if you put a minimum of effort in what you are doing.
