[Freeswitch-users] mod_com_r729: DECODER CREATE FAILED when receiving calls

as calls originating from G.729b are OK, doesn't this imply the license 
server is working? also g729_status is working (sample in my last message).

IMHO i'm not recording a call. or does the default setup record calls 
without user intervention?
