[Freeswitch-users] Register in external profile

Hi,

 

I encounter a problem on freeswitch that have SIP phone registration in
external profile. All my SIP phones are located in overseas and all of them
are registered in external profile. I have a IDAP forwarding the numbers
from a Cisco gateway to freeswitch. All the phones have own phone number
(not extension number). However, when the freeswitch received the SIP call,
it cannot forward the call to SIP phone.

 

What should I put in the public dialplan?

 

    <extension name="NWT_DID_3175xxxx">

       <condition field="destination_number" expression="3175xxxx">

       <action application="transfer" data="?"/>

       </condition>

    </extension>
