Dear List,

Problem was fixed. Thanks a lot for your inputs.

I put the IP ( Local IP ) instead of $${local_ip_v4} in sip profile for
rtp-ip, sip-ip. And Real IP instead of auto-nat in sip profile for
ext-rtp-ip, ext-sip-ip.

This may help to someone.
