Mmmmmh, I got the same problem in Erlang calling local users, and you
can reproduce it from the command line too.

But, if instead of calling a user/1000 extension you call
1000%ipnumberofserver the problem is solved...

btw, the "duplicate uuid" error does not seems to affect anything, all
is working ok...
