[Freeswitch-users] enable passthrough of "Privacy: id" header in sip

FS doesn't recognize "uri" value of privacy tag, the recognized values are 
"yes", "full", "name" and "number". Any other value is interpreted as "off". 
See sofia.c, lines around 6660.
